November 26th Etsy Maine Team Show in Waterville

Craft Fair season is about to begin!!! It's snowing in Maine right now and it's not even Halloween. It makes you kinda want to skip Trick or Treating and jump right into hanging up Christmas Lights!! (but don't tell my kids that)

My New Craft Room!!

Wow! it's been a long time since I have been able to get on my blog. No Internet on my regular computer, and kids out of school has made it challenging to even get to my new craft room. But with the Internet finally back on and my craft room somewhat organized I can finally shut the door and create all those ideas I have put down on paper for so long. My father in law was living with us for a short (tooooo long) time. With him now in a nursing home, I ripped up the floor, painted the walls and transformed the cozy little room into a brand new girlie room (since I'm the only girl in my house!!) I wanted pink walls but found a can of buttery yellow paint left over from our upstairs renovation. It's not a color I would have choose at the store but it's really growing on me. Once I have my cutting table cleared off I will post pictures of this really fun room.
It's been over 5 years that I have made many designs out of my little 3' x 5' sewing nook and now I have a whole room (which is filling up fast) just for my crafting. To most people it might not sound like much but for me it's a dream come true finally!

Snow... Snow... Go away and don't come back another day

I woke up this morning to morrrrrrrrre snow.........I just want spring to get here! I love winter in Maine but this is enough. I am taking the day off today, just to finish up my Spring Line of Handbags and Accessories. I dug into my bag of tricks and came up with some new designs of handbags and accessories. I can't wait to add them to my etsy site. But first I must go and shovel, I can't find my car.
